Would give 0 stars, but that's not an option. It is complete trash. Never succeeded in programing anything. Did however manage to crash the footwell module in my f13 bmw. Spent 41/2 hours trying to get my headlights and signal lights to work again. Finally got it to program the back up file again so can have headlights and signals again. Still have to take to bmw as adaptive headlights not working but to only contact carly will EVER have with any car I own again is when the tires roll over this usless piece of garbage.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO CREATE PROBLEMS.

Perfect product

I purchased an adapter and a subscription with mycarley which is a company that makes ODBM readers/writers for BMW's. After a year of usage the value of the subscription was not there since it's about $80 a year. So I decided to cancel. However, the company doesn't provide the option to cancel your services online, you have to email the notified them. So I open a ticket to cancel my services. I didn't get a response at all. After a few days my credit card got changed with a subscription renewal. I ask to cancel the subscription because I had submitted a ticket to cancel already. The company replied right away staying that I did follow their procedures even though I did. Also, if I didn't follow procedures they should hVe the curtesy to inform me with the ticket I had open but they didn't. They can keep my subscription money I don't care! They've lost a customer and hopefully this post helps others by staying away from mycarley.

Carly support was very helpful when I had a connection issue. They even replaced my OBD adapter even though it was several years old. AAA++++

Save yourself some money and buy a proper obd scanner. I have a 2015 Audi A5 and this Carly scanner cannot even do basic functions. I wanted to calibrate the rear epb (electronic parking brake) and it's saying it not compatible!! But why? Also runs very slow most of the times. OBD Eleven seems to be a much better option.

I purchased the MyCarly adapter to support a resetting of the battery coding on my BMW. I had a challenge changing the battery type, but the customer service team jumped in and we were able to figure out what was going on. Turned out to be my error rather than the app. Highly recommend

Very good device. Software not difficul, everybody can use it. Good tool

Very good shipping and product, it does as promised.
However, the milage fraud test showed no tampering of milage on a car i am 100% has been tampered with.

I ordered the adapter but it didn't do what I wanted it to do. The return was a little complicated, but it all worked out! Thanks

I'm a long time user, before the annually subscription. I'm very happy with it even they can add more functionality like injectors coding.
Over all I like it and I'm impressed with all the updates over the years.
I'm using it only on BMW and is doing the job flawless.
May in the future you can add a little more coding option for the E chassis.
